9am morning went swimming training for msskl next year..2day coach say kena swim 50 laps non-stop...wow..i really hope he noes i still got bb stuff..but to bad i juz kena swim..afta tat 4 stoke 2gether pula...waa..abt 11+ went up the pool...legs like shakin n can't stand well...dying +(...den dad fetch me back...reach home makan banyak banyak...watch tv...den slp...zzzZZZ...5pm went bb match at kelana...
6+ match start..wow..opponents are all 17 yrs old..look so grown up...nyway..i juz getting experience from this match..but seriously i think i din play really well in this game...sry teammates...i apologize if i did mistakes..but it was overall a gud game..we lost..but they are elder n bigger den us..at least we din lose to much..no regrets..but i juz need to improve ..b better den wat i m! haiz!

k..abt yesterday...went skul den lepak lepak n lepak...afta tat brian,zhi hao,beng hong ask 2 go movie..coz later got opening ceremony..so they say watch movie den terus go opening...so i sit bus wif them n went to zhihao's hse 1st...lepak in his hse..watch tv, on9 den masak maggie s lunch..den later we went meet up wif beng, brian n danson at galaxie ampang..we watched "the covenent"..coz death note was kinda late..we need to get in time to opening...tat mive okla...but kinda like "dragonball" hehe..watch it n u will noe wat i mean! afta tat danson went home n we went to beng hong's hse..makan den bh's mom sent us to kelana cup unda 17 opening...lepak lepak n lepak there again den afta it finish we went pula ke trainin at ss3..wow at laz it ended 10+...den finally i went home..damn tired..

early morning my mom sent me to d cheras akuatik stadium...theres where d comp held..the stadium damn chun n nice..later on my teachers n team mates come. den go do some warm up..saw jing yi from cbn..she is gud in swimmin..n a damn lucky gal..she gona get a free gold medal coz she is the only 1 taking part in 200m breast stroke! wish i was like her..but too bad itz impossible 4 guys category..abt 8 sumthing..the comp starts..man i went to the reporting room n saw few kl swimmiers...i m swimmin against them! man..this gona b tough!den comp comp n comp lor...compete till 3 sumthing..at laz got 1 bronze..n others 5th,7th,7th,8th(not lan c)..regreted to take 5 event...damn tiring! seriously all gals n guys there r great swimmers...i respect them...knew some new frens there..not bad..gud experience...now waiting 4 msskl..coach/teacher say muz train more n more coz i din train at all 4 this time..haha..they say i sambil lewa-lewa..play too much bb..dun focus on swimmin...haha..soli la teacher...i lazy! hehe..

man...sports! this iz part of my whole life..basketball, swimming, taekwando, football blablabla sports r important 4 me..without them i wun live happily...sports helps me lots in muh body...they cut down my tummy..built packs..tans muh skin coz i dun really like silky pure white skin..haha..makes muh mind fresh..bsides tat sports helps me to noe more frens n closer muh relationships wif them..example-
basketball: zhihao, beng hong, brian, hoong meng, jul, wei sern, patrick, ykin, joe n other team members
swimming: felix, darren, shouyi, chien haw, zhi yuan, wei june,tuck wai...
